Q - How much does your service cost?
A - When I book your on-property, Disney vacation, my services are free of charge, sEARiously!
Q - How are you paid?
A - After I book your reservation and you have traveled, all of my commissions are paid directly by Disney.
Q - How much are your services if I've already booked my Disney vacation or are staying off-property?
A - Contact me for pricing!
Q - Who is processing my vacation payments?
A - I provide Disney with your credit card information, and they process your payment. All payments are paid directly to Disney, your credit card statement will show a charge from Walt Disney Travel Company.
Q - How does promotion and discount monitoring work?
A - I monitor all current Disney promotions and will apply them to your vacation, if applicable. Not all agents offer this service and and newly released promotions are not automatically applied to an existing reservation.
Q - What are Extra Magic Hours (EMH)?
A - The Extra Magic Hours benefit allows registered Guests—with valid theme park admission—of select Walt Disney World Resort hotels to experience select attractions at the theme parks before or after the parks are open to the general public. Times and availability varies.
Q - What kind of transportation is provided to Walt Disney Resort Guests?
A - On property guests receive complimentary round trip transportation from Orlando International Airport (MCO) via Disney's Magical Express. Advanced reservations are required. Once on property all Disney transportation is complimentary. Bus service is available at all resorts with some even offering monorail and boat transportation options.
Q - What is the Dining Plan?
A - Disney dining plans are a convenient and flexible way to enjoy meals and snacks at many of the restaurants and food service locations at Walt Disney World Resort. Dining plans are included in some Magic Your Way Vacation Packages—which also include a Resort hotel stay and theme park tickets.
The Dining Plan has options from Quick Service to Deluxe dining. It is only available to guests staying on property. It must be booked for your entire stay and you receive a certain number of dining credits based on your nights of stay. You are able to use those credits however you wish throughout your stay.
Advanced Dining Reservations can be made 180 days out whether you are staying off or on property.
Q - What is FastPass+?
A - Disney FastPass+ service allows you to reserve access to select Walt Disney World theme park attractions, entertainment and Character Greetings in advance. There is no cost to use FastPass+ service―it is included at no extra charge with your theme park admission.To access FastPass+ service before you arrive, you must have:
Once you’ve registered online and linked your park admission, you can select from a list of experiences and times for your designated party. At the park, check in at FastPass+ entrances during the indicated time, with little or no wait. FastPass+ selections may also be made same-day at a FastPass+ kiosk in the theme park, depending on availability.
For a single theme park per day, you can make up to 3 FastPass+ selections. To change or cancel your selections, go online or use the mobile app to return to the FastPass+ page. You can also get assistance from the Lobby Concierge at your Walt Disney World Resort hotel or at aFastPass+ kiosk in any of the parks. Note that kiosks allow FastPass+ selections and updates only for the park where the kiosk is located.
Once you redeem your initial set of FastPass+ selections (or the last arrival window has passed), you can make another FastPass+ selection for the same day at an in-park kiosk, up to park closing. After you redeem the additional FastPass+ pick, you can return to a kiosk to make more selections (one at a time).
Q - What is PhotoPass?
A - PhotoPass is the photo service available throughout the Walt Disney World Resort. PhotoPass photographers will take your picture in front of numerous attractions, meet and greets and more. You then have the option to purchase the pictures that can be viewed online.
Q - What is Memory Maker?
A - Memory Maker is an incredible new way to enjoy unlimited digital Disney PhotoPass photos captured at hundreds of locations throughout Walt Disney World Resort—including select attraction and dining locations. The photos are conveniently connected to your online Disney account with a touch of your MagicBand or card.
You can conveniently view, download and share your Disney PhotoPass memories on MyDisneyPhotoPass.com and on the My Disney Experience Mobile App for up to 45 days after your vacation.
There’s no need to purchase each photo individually. You can simply enjoy your vacation knowing that your memories are being captured for you. You can pre-purchase Memory Maker for $169 or purchase when you arrive for $199.
